Dirk has extensive R&D project management experience. Most recently, he was the crew station (video and command of control) RSE* for the Army’s Future Combat Systems. His responsibilities included hardware design as well as management of requirements, designs, cost analysis and scheduling for multiple development groups. Other responsibilities included interface and design specifications with other R&D development partners (Boeing, General Dynamics, SAIC, NSA and the Army).
Dirk’s past engagements include roughly 50 of the Fortune 100 companies, including AT&T Bell Labs, Scripps, Livermore Labs, Stanford Liner Accelerator Labs (SLAC) NASA and JPL.
The technologies he has worked on and helped design touch the daily lives of over 4 billon people.

Dave has managed thirty-three attorneys in six different countries to facilitate the raising of $89 million dollars for an international project through the Overseas Private Investment Corporation located in Washington DC with guarantees through the international insurance markets.
As president/CEO of Northwest Telco Credit Union (now NW Plus), Dave expanded its presence from two to six branches and completed a merger, doubling the valuation of the company from approximately $25 to $50 million.
For the past 15 years, he has run his own consulting business, providing start-up and turnaround support to public, private and non-profit businesses.

Dr. Alex Porter trained as a general surgeon for 5 years before switching to biotech.
Alex engaged with healthcare informatics and digital health during the early days of the Internet, specializing in software that helped clinicians electronically document procedures (urologic and cardio thoracic) and patient engagement (urology, CT surgery and family practice) for EM / CPT documentation, coding and billing before the days of EMR.
During dawning HITECH era, Alex was a director at one of the largest content houses for computerized physician order entry (CPOE) as well as procedural documentation and coding for a number of clinical specialties across medicine and surgery.
Alex continues to consult for numerous digital health vendors from EMR to devices looking at the next phase of clinical engagement for patients, providers and industry over the value-based initiatives in healthcare.

Chief Technology Officer
Ovid has a 20-year track record designing, managing and deploying complex projects, ahead of schedule and under budget. His prior successes cover a wide spectrum, from network security products to massively multiplayer online games and advanced polling systems.
Ovid has an extensive background in Internet security. He architected the advanced Internet firewall products at Wiresoft Inc, a company he founded in 2000. He developed Pinnion’s survey offerings from its inception in 2010; and in 2016, Ovid architected and led the development of an online payment processing service from design stage to PCI-accreditation. It now processes over $500 million annually and continues to grow.

Chief Experience Officer
Tearle’s projects with the K-12 education, Army/National Guard war games and off-grid power, communication and surveillance on remote ski runs throughout Idaho highlight his extensive computer systems infrastructure design and support expertise.
Tearle led the implementation of the $2 million ConnectED Apple technology grant for the Wilder School District in Wilder, Idaho. Under his management, the project was publicly recognized on the Drudge Report report, among other places, as a national example of best practices in education technology. His love for the outdoors culminated in DoD infrastructure setup and war game support engagements recording troop movements and related activities in simulated battle arenas for subsequent analysis, visualization and debriefing sessions. As an avid snowboarder and mountain biker, it goes without saying that he has seen numerous injuries and is intimately familiar with almost everything that can go wrong in adventure sports.
